CARE, SHIPPING & RETURNS

A wash care tag will be included with your order. Please keep this tag for future reference. All our textiles are washed with hypoallergenic soap before shipping, so you can use them immediately.

You can machine wash your scarves, table linens, and cushion covers on a gentle cycle with mild soap. Iron on medium to high heat (for linen) on the reverse side. Never bleach or dry clean.

Natural dyes may bleed during the first few washes, so please wash these items separately. With proper care, textiles printed with natural dyes will age beautifully and last a long time.

If you are not satisfied with your textile, you may return your new, unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs. Please note that slight colour variations and print imperfections are common in hand block printed textiles and are not considered faulty. We recommend using a tracked service to return your item.

All wool rug sales are final, as they are made to order. If you have any questions about our rugs, please contact us before placing your order at hello@maravera.co.uk.

Unfortunately, we do not offer product exchanges. If you would like to order a different design or coloUr, please place a new order and return the previously purchased product via a tracked service.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that a restocking and admin charge of 3.5% of the total order value will apply to all international orders that are returned due to unwillingness to pay import duties levied by your home country.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 7 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@maravera.co.uk.
