CARE, SHIPPING & RETURNS

CARE AND USE
A wash care tag is included with every order; please retain this for future reference. All textiles are pre-washed with hypoallergenic soap and are ready for immediate use. Scarves, table linens, and cushion covers should be machine washed on a gentle cycle with mild soap and ironed on the reverse side (medium to high heat for linen). Do not bleach or dry clean. Please wash items with natural dyes separately for the first few cycles, as they may bleed.

RETURNS
New, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, excluding original shipping and duties. Please note that slight colour variations and print imperfections are characteristic of hand block printing and are not considered faults. We recommend using a tracked service for all returns.

All wool rug sales are final as they are made to order. Please contact us at hello@maravera.co.uk with any questions before purchasing. 

We do not accept returns due to a refusal to pay customs charges.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different design or colour, please place a new order and return the original item.

REFUNDS
Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping costs and duties are non-refundable. If your refund does not appear after 7 business days, please contact your financial institution or email us at hello@maravera.co.uk.

SHIPPING
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

UK: Shipped via Royal Mail or FedEx (2-4 business days).

EU: Shipped via Royal Mail or FedEx (5-12 business days). Customers are liable for all customs duties.

USA: Shipped via Royal Mail DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or FedEx (7-13 business days). Please note that a 10% tariff applies to all US orders as of January 1, 2026. If shipped with Royal Mail DDP this tariff will be included in your shipping charges at checkout. If shipped via FedEx, this tariff must be paid directly to US Customs before your item can be delivered. 

Duty Discrepancies:
If there is a discrepancy in duty calculations during checkout, we will contact you to settle the remaining balance or refund the difference.
Rest of World: Shipped via Royal Mail or FedEx (8-15 business days). The recipient is responsible for all local customs duties.
