FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary by location. UK orders arrive in 2-4 business days, EU orders in 5-12 business days, USA orders in 7-13 business days, and rest of world orders in 8-15 business days.

Do I have to pay customs duties?

For EU and rest of world orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties. For USA orders shipped via Royal Mail DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), the 10% tariff is included in your shipping charges at checkout. For USA orders via FedEx, the tariff must be paid directly to US Customs.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, new and unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund (excluding original shipping and duties). We don't offer direct exchanges - please place a new order and return the original item. Note that all wool rug sales are final as they are made to order. Restock fee of 3% will be charged on the value of the returned goods. This is the shipping address for returns:

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

How do I care for my textiles?

All our textiles are pre-washed and ready to use. Machine wash on a gentle cycle with mild soap and iron on the reverse side. Do not bleach or dry clean. Items with natural dyes should be washed separately for the first few cycles.

Are colour variations normal?

Yes, slight colour variations and print imperfections are characteristic of hand block printing and are not considered faults.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately at hello@maravera.co.uk if you need to cancel your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Do you accept commissions?
